Bistro
The Bistro is open daily between 6 and 9:30 p.m. You can enjoy regional specialties and classic dishes in a cosy ambience. We place a special focus on fresh ingredients of high quality. If you’re hungry between meals, the NOVALIS kitchen staff will gladly prepare snacks and quick meals for you throughout the day.
Breakfast
Our breakfast is served from 6:30 and 10 a.m. (saturday & sunday until 11 a.m.) inside our bistro. Our breakfast buffet is very comprehensive and varied. You are very welcome to tell us your special wishes. We respond to the needs of diabetic patients and offer allergy-sufferers cereals and bread that don’t contain peanuts, almonds or traces of other nuts.
Hotelbar
At our hotelbar we serve drinks around the clock.
In a laid back atmosphere we also offer snacks complimenting our numerous drinks that are included in our cocktail happy hour.
Beergarden
After a day in the city of Dresden our comfortable outdoor beer garden is the best place to enjoy a cold beer and delicious food together with friends and family.
Meeting room
If you are looking for a meeting room we might have just the right thing for you.
Our meeting room with 80m² offers enough space for business events, meetups and seminars.
The room fits up to 30 people and is designed in a modern and comfortable way including AC and a lot of natural light.
You can also host private functions in here as well.
We can organize the room depending on your individual needs that are best for your event.
